Need assistance?

Athlete-first support when you cannot find a photo

Our inbox is monitored throughout race weekend. Include your bib, description, or screenshot and we will point you to the correct gallery or retag the image manually.

Frequently asked (and answered) questions

  • Can I download full-resolution images? Yes. TagMyRace events always deliver free, bib-tagged, high-resolution downloads—race directors fund the cloud storage and AI tagging.
  • What if my bib was hidden? Use the gallery filters or contact support with a description; we can manually tag you.
  • How long are photos available? Most events keep galleries live for at least a year. Organizers choose the exact timeline.

Pro tips

  • Search without leading zeros on your bib (e.g., use 84 instead of 084).
  • Check the finish gallery first; it usually contains the most tags.
  • Download immediately on Wi-Fi for the highest resolution copies.
